INFORMATION
Yzak Jule, Dearka Elthman, Dearka/Yzak - Information on Yzak, Dearka, and the Dearka/Yzak
fandom were all done by me, and my reviewing and
knowledge of the series. Therefore no, you cannot take or edit this information to post it on
your own website, not even with credit. Obviously, quoting things in places such as forums
is fine.
Mobile Suits - Information on the mobile suits and battleships, as pointed out in the
credits section, were
taken from
MAHQ.net with appropriate credit. Usage of this information is fine, since it's not
my own work, but please credit the original site.
IMAGES
Official Images - Unless stated in the
credits section, all official images were scanned by me,
therefore no, you cannot take any of these images to post on your own site if you want your
own gallery. Using them for layouts and the like are totally fine! But please credit back
to this site if you do so.
Manga - Unless stated in the
credits section, all manga were scanned by me,
therefore no, you cannot take any of these images to post on your own site if you want your

Screencaps - All screencaps from Gundam SEED and Gundam SEED Destiny were done by me, and me alone,
so those cannot be taken for your own screencap gallery, either.

MEDIA
Suit CD Drama - Translations are not for reposting on your own site. I went out to ask
specific permission to use the Suit CD 5 translation, and had Suit CD 10 translated by a friend
in the fandom to display on this site. Posting to forums and the like are fine with credit,
of course! Just not stealing for display on your own website.
Novels - Quotes from the English version of the novels were all transcribed by myself.
As this is simply me copying down something word for word for the site, I would say it is okay
to take these; but really, why would you be so lazy? Translations from the Japanese versions of
the novels however, are
NOT for taking.
People
who are friends of mine, who either offered to help or agreed to by my request did it out of
their own time for this website. Posting to forums and the like are fine with credit,
of course! Just not stealing for display on your own website.
Quotes - Quotes from the series are simply transcribings of translations from various
fansubbed, or in some cases, dubbed episodes. I might have edited some to make it sound
better in reading, but all the same, if you'd like a quotes section, try to do the task yourself
instead of ganking it from here. Try to appreciate that a lot of work was put into this.
Doujinshi - All page scans from doujinshi were done by myself, and summaries are either
done by myself, or
people who
have seen my collection. Do not take ANYTHING from this section.
Merchandise - Pictures of merchandise were either taken or scanned by myself, feel free
to take these to use as a guide if you're looking to buy something.
Wallpaper - Wallpaper by me? Contact me if you'd like to put it up on your own site, and
odds are I'll be fine with that so long as you contact me. Wallpaper by other people, please
contact each respective graphic artists for permission to use theirs.
Winamp Skins - Winamp scans made by me would be okay for taking to post on your own
site, so long as you contact me about it beforehand and credit. Ones by other people, please
contact them for permission.
FANWORKS
Fanfiction - If you want to post my fanfiction on your own site, please contact me to ask
before anything, but odds are it will be okay with me. Fanfiction by other people who have
sent them in to this site; please contact the author of the fanfic for their permission.
Fanart - If you want to post my fanart on your own site, please contact me to ask
before anything, but odds are it will be okay with me. Fanart by other people who have
sent them in to this site; please contact the artist of the fanart for their permission.
Essays - If you'd like to post an essay I've written on your own site, please contact me to ask, but odds
are it will be fine with me. Anything by somebody else? Contact them for permission, as they
send things to my site on their own; I do not ask them.
Fan Sound Track - I suppose the only credit would be if you were posting for songs that
went with the pairing and got them from this site, by which a simple link credit would suffice;
since all the same, I took time to pick out songs for the FST. Otherwise I don't believe this
needs anything else.
INTERACTIVE
Adoptables - These ARE for posting on your site, but the point of them are to link back
to the place where you got it from. Please do so, and do not claim any adoptables to be your
own.
Survey - This too, is for posting on your own site with a link back. HOWEVER, please do
not take this survey from this site, and simply change the names to repost it somewhere else.
A lot of thought and much appreciated help was put into the survey.
Fanwork Themes - Again, this is for posting on your own site. Most themes tend to overlap
each other as it is, so feel free to take these as you wish.
Secret Santa - This was for a special
livejournal.com
event, so no. You cannot take anything from here.
